Sweepstakes Period: The Lawry’s Flavor Challenged Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00:01a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on November 1, 2007 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on November 16, 2007 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
How To Enter: During the Sweepstakes Period, to receive an entry into the Sweepstakes, you must enter by visiting www.lawrys.com (the “Site”), clicking on the Sweepstakes link and completing all required registration information. You may also text the word “Flavor” to 73807 to receive one entry into the Sweepstakes for (standard text messaging rates apply to each text message sent or received as provided in your wireless rate plan). If you are determined a winner, standard cell phone rates may apply during winner notification contact. Limit one entry per person/email address or cell phone per day regardless of method of entry. Normal Internet access, phone/usage charges imposed by your on-line/phone service will apply. All entries become property of the Sponsor. All entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on 11/16/07 to be eligible for the drawing. Void where prohibited and subject to all federal, state and local laws.
Random Drawing: The winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about November 26, 2007, from among all eligible entries received. Random drawing will be conducted by Don Jagoda Associates, Inc., an independent judging organization whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received. All prizes will be awarded and winners will be notified by mail/email/cell phone.
Prizes And Approximate Retail Values (“ARV”): Grand Prize (1): A Kitchen Makeover, awarded as a $25,000 gift card from Home Depot or Lowes (in Sponsor’s sole discretion) and a $25,000 check (ARV: $50,000). First Prizes (50): Cooking classes at a regional cooking school, awarded in the form of a $250 check (ARV: $250 each). Second Prizes (500): A Lawry’s Holiday prize pack with Sponsor-selected products and a recipe binder (ARV: $20 each). Limit one prize per person/household. Prizes are nontransferable and winners may not substitute prizes. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Income and other taxes, if any, related to the prize are the winner’s sole responsibility.
Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age and older as of date of entry. Employees of Conopco, Inc., d/b/a Unilever, Don Jagoda Associates, Inc., their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, suppliers, distributors and advertising, promotional and judging agencies (collectively “Sponsor and its Administrators”) and the immediate family members of each, are not eligible to participate or win.

In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant entering via the methods set forth above in Rule #2, the authorized account holder of the cellular phone or email address used to enter, if applicable, will be deemed to be the entrant. “Authorized account holder” of a cellular phone is the natural person in whose name the phone has been issued and to whom services are billed. “Authorized account holder” of an email address is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet Access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website; violates the Official Rules; acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner: or acts with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Sponsor and its Administrators are not responsible for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications, whether caused by the sender, by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Sweepstakes which may limit the ability to participate, or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this Sweepstakes. Entries generated by script or bot are not eligible. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Sweepstakes if it cannot be completed as planned for any reason, including for infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures, and/or text-messaging problems or corruption of any sort. In such event, Sponsor will award prizes from among all eligible entries received prior to cancellation. As a condition of entering the sweepstakes, participant (or parent/legal guardian if participant is a minor) agrees that: 1) under no circumstance will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential or any other damages, other than for out-of-pocket expenses; 2) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and 3) any and all claims, judgments, and award shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys fees.
